Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple:

  • USA: FREE shipping on all orders 

We only ship with professional carriers to ensure speed, reliability, and safe handling - most commonly USPS, UPS and FedEX.

(Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and operational requirements).

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia, US protectorates (e.g., American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Handling Time

Order processing time is 1 to 5 days.

Transit Time

Transit times begin after dispatch (once tracking is issued) and takes between 2 and 10 days.

Order to Delivery Times

Estimated total order to delivery time: 3–15 days from order confirmation.

Tracking Provided on Every Order

You’ll receive a tracking number for every shipment. Your tracking number confirms your item has been dispatched to the carrier. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. If you need to request an address update, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Address changes may be possible before shipment, but are not guaranteed once a shipping label has been created or the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Please note that carrier drivers may call you on the number provided with your order.

We do everything possible to deliver quickly, but occasional delays can occur outside our control, including:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Remote-area delivery constraints
