Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery, providing photo and videos of the item, the original packaging and tracking number.
We do not offer exchanges, in some cases, defective items might need to be returned.
Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective returns, items must be:
- Unused
- In resellable condition
- In original packaging with all protective materials
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as YappyYap is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item as per our policy and place a new order.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
