How long will it take to receive my order?

How long will it take to get my orders?

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (PST) Central Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit time: 2 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 15 business days.

What’s the shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE, every order delivered to the United States ships at no cost.

Where do you ship to?

We only ship to the United States of America excluding Alaska, District of Columbia, Hawaii, US protectorates such as American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

My order is late. Can you tell me where my order is?

About 99% of our orders arrive within the expected delivery timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur during shipping.
